| Poznámka | Responsibilities: To work with the Technical Director, Chief Engineers and Engineering Managers to develop and implement strategies for Continuous Improvement designed to meet the overall Brake Engineering goals, and to embed the Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement culture. Activities will include: • Complete Six Sigma Black Belt projects • Deliver Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) projects • Scope and Facilitate LESS workshops and monitor progress on actions • Lead Statistical Engineering problem solving projects • Train Green Belts and mentor them on projects • Develop a program to meet business targets for a select area • Achieve BB certification • Undertake further training to enhance Continuous Improvement skills Requirements: • Self-starter who can work on his own initiative • Effective communicator at all levels • Able to learn and use the full range of TRW's methods and tools for Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving • Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for excellence • Six Sigma GB certified • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field • Strong analytical / statistical skills • Proficient in PC skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Available for international travel |
